Are any local ISPs not included on the Map?

The map does not include GCET, Greenfield Municipal Light Plant (MLP), as an option for a provider. So if a resident or business is a GCET customer, they cannot complete the Challenge process.

We are not aware of the status of other local MLPs in towns with that option.
