When can local Challengers help residents?

 

If there are submissions that do not occur through “embedded function” of the portal, than an Eligible Entity (challenger) can help by reviewing the evidence and submitting the challenge on behalf of the resident. All challenges made through an "embedded function" on the portal will go directly to Connected Nation
